Job Description

Designation: Marketing

Responsibilities include:

1. Create a digital calendar for key trade events
2. Build content for STAR's various social media channels & grow our reach (goal to reach 20,000 followers on Instagram & grow our Facebook followers by 60,000)
3. Identify customer buying opportunities & create targeted content for STAR's customer outreach program via WhatsApp
4. Create a strategy for STAR's LinkedIn page for corporate outreach initiatives
5. Develop a strategy to improve & optimize Google Business Listings & Google Maps SEO
6. Analyze daily trade activities
7. Develop an in-depth understanding of consumers by working on various customer data points available to unearth relevant insights & recommendations to solve business problems.
8. Research & analyze market & competitive trends to identify key challenges in trade
9. Understand the opportunities to drive business targets of a number of bills & average bill values
