About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying new markets, clients, and business opportunities (Google, and other platforms)
2. Checking & reverting on emails and calling clients
3. Coordinating with the purchasing department to share client requirements and sending quotations, company profile, catalog, etc.
4. Convincing clients to buy our products
5. Checking authentication and verifying the documents of the client
6. Sending product samples and quotations & discussing payment mode & delivery terms with the clients
7. Getting client confirmation and verifying the sign and stamp by the client's authorized signatory and checking product details, quantity, and the delivery challan
8. Working on filing documents and maintaining inventory records
9. Following-up for payments
10. Working on attending requests and resolving complaints of the clients, etc.
11. Getting the customer feedback, suggestion, and reviews & updating the system & Google Sheet daily

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (1.5% of sales transaction).
