Marketing Management Trainee

Chili Pili is an innovative early-stage startup in the field of early education, working towards developing innovative methodologies through R&D and bringing forth offerings to revolutionize how education is done for children starting from age 3. We develop and market training modules, educational toys, training services for both children and teachers and plan to expand across various lines of businesses. We are seeking a smart, creative and hardworking individual to join our marketing team. As a start-up, you will have the opportunities to be involved, own processes and acquire great learning across various functions. Responsibilities include 

• Assist in the creation of various marketing materials and content

• Seek and analyse competitor marketing material and digital content

• Develop marketing campaigns including  social media campaigns, considering current and planned promotional activities

• Create and maintain tracking reports of digital and traditional marketing efforts

• Monitor social channels and respond to feedback, questions, and concerns

• Coordinate with different teams to execute day to day activities

• Prepare detailed promotional presentations

• Research and seek out viable marketing opportunities with brands having synergy

• Maintain strong relations with various vendors and negotiate deals

Desired skills and requirements

• BBA/MBA/Mass Communication background from a reputed institute
• Good aptitude for marketing
• Exceptional multitasking ability
• Being a proactive learner is must
• Great communication skills (verbal and written)
• Skilled at  spreadsheets and presentation tools
• Creative mindset with the ability to churn out engaging content
• Good knowledge in digital marketing (SEO/SEM/Social Media)
• Experience/ course in digital marketing is a plus (not mandatory)
• Should be able to perform under ambiguous end chaotic environments
• Previous experience in marketing is desired but not mandatory
