POSITION: Marketing Manager (Apac & Mena)

LOCATION: India (Pune or Bangalore)

Job Specification:

  • Host bi-weekly regional marketing calls with the sales teams in the Middle
  • East and APAC.
  • Day-to-day liaison for all marketing related activity in those regions.
  • Working closely with the Events Manager to support on all hosted and third- party events taking place across MENA and APAC
  • Support on the design and production of ethically sourced and produced branded goods for events etc.
  • Responsible for conceptualising, developing, delivering and analysing all marketing campaigns in the APAC and Middle East regions.
  • Compiling and distributing statistical information such as client data for marketing purposes and market analysis for APAC an MENA.
  • Day-to-day management APAC and MENA on Apex social media platforms, responsible for posting relevant content on a daily basis – LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook.
  • Execute on digital marketing campaigns supported by the Head of Digital for MENA and APAC.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the relevant markets and bring ideas forward to achieve the group marketing objectives in those regions.
  • Editing and updating company brochures, flyers and presentations as required and developing new regional and office specific collateral as required.
  • Producing adverts and designs for branded collateral as required.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the PowerPoint presentation master slides on a global basis
  • Working closely with the regional Marketing Manager for Europe & US to
  • share ideas and collaborate on marketing campaigns for cross-jurisdictional requirements
  • Liaise daily with the Graphic Designer on branded requirements

Skills Required:

  • Fluent in both written and verbal English with a high standard of writing.
  • Proven experience in a B2B product marketing role.
  • You will be good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines
  • Enjoy taking responsibility for lots of projects simultaneously and know how to keep yourself, and others around you, organised and focused on a plan
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills to manage internal and stakeholders and work at a fast pace with the rest of the marketing team
  • Enjoy working with a diverse group of colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to work remotely from your colleagues and remain connected through regular calls and conversations
  • A natural aptitude for collaboration
  • Experience with CRM and MAP tools – Salesforce and Pardot a bonus
  • Intermediate level with InDesign and Photoshop
  • Undergraduate degree required, Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification (or equivalent) a bonus
