Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

·         Conduct market research, including Voice of the Customer, Voice of Sales, Voice of Business, Industry Drivers & trends, Corporate Customer information,  to support strategy and business development for new integrated offerings to meet the needs of multiple market segments and industries.

·         Participate in, collaborative efforts around development of innovation solutions for automation systems.

·         Develop value propositions, pricing, and sales and marketing strategies.

·         Manage integrated solution projects through Stage & Gate commercialization process Use standard project management procedures and tools to define project scopes of work, project timelines, cost estimates, and required resources in order to complete projects on-time and within budget.

·         Leading cross-functional projects to gain new customers, develop new products, and enhance operating margins.

·         Executing Ideation to commercialization process including development, market trials, and all commercial launch activities    

·          Coordinate  Product launches  & Branding initiatives

·         Business analysis to drive financial results.

Proficiency /Skills:

·         Market research analysis

·         Business Intelligence (Competitive information, SWOT, Legislation changes etc)

·         Business Analysis to drive financial results (P&L, Costing)

·         Project management (scoping projects, managing timelines, and implementing changes).

·         Communication & Presentation skills (English)

·         Command over Data Analysis tools & Graphic representations

·          Strategic Planning Process & Execution

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

·       Any Engineering Graduate / Any Science Graduate with MBA (with specialization in General Marketing preferred) from reputed institute

·        9 - 12 years of experience in Industry marketing (Preferably in Food and Beverage industry)

·       Initial 3 - 5 years of B2B experience

·       Location: Pune, Mumbai

Experience must include:

·         Market Research

·         Strategic Planning Process & Execution

·         Product Line Management

·         Commercialization Process (Product, Technology, Concept)

·         Cross Functional Project handling experience

·         Exposure to aligned Industry Verticals would get preference
