Job Description:

PayrollCloud is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that will enhance the company's brand and drive sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company's strategic goals and target market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve revenue goals.

 • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company's strategic goals and target market.

 • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales and increase revenue.

 • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company's strategic goals.

 • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust strategies accordingly

. • Analyze sales and marketing data to track progress and identify areas for improvement. • Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team on sales and marketing performance, revenue growth, and market trends.

• Manage the marketing budget to ensure effective utilization of resources

. • Lead the marketing team to ensure optimal performance and alignment with company goals

. • Work closely with the Oracle Implementation team to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Requirements:

At least have 2years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology industry.

 • Experience in managing and leading marketing teams.

 • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

 • Familiarity with Oracle technology products and services is a plus.

 • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

 • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth
