Hunia is hiring for Marketing Manager for a food delivery company!!!

Job Responsibilities

·         Own and execute the 360 degree marketing strategy for the business

·         Drive impactful campaigns and initiatives across digital (Organic and Paid) and Offline channels (BTL,ATL) to drive the growth funnel (AARRR funnel)

·         Identify target user segments and craft multi-touch marketing campaigns to maximize awareness and trialing within target communities

·         Work closely with Community counterparts in crafting campaigns to complement planned community growth initiatives

·         Own all communication assets for the business with an aim to deliver delightful, innovative messages to consumers across all communication channels

·         Use data analytics/data driven approach to identify/scale high ROI marketing initiatives and sunset low ROI initiatives

Desired Skills

·         3-5 years of work-ex preferably in marketing/growth in consumer facing companies

·         Consumer-facing start-up and 0-1 marketing experience is a big plus

·         Proactive mindset and the ability to meet multiple objectives in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment.

·         Experience working directly with digital marketing agencies, creative agencies, vendors is a plus
