·         Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification

·         Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product

·         Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product as per their needs

·         Ensuring minimum targets are met with added incentives

·         Participating in public relations activities in liaison with the PR Team to ensure that contacts are made and to give Zigma products as much exposure as possible.

·         Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients

Knowledge and Skills Required:

·         Excellent communication skills & strong interpersonal skills.

·         Self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals

·         Ability to work both in team and independently

·         Ability to understand client's needs and present solutions

·         Understanding of sales cycle and techniques

·         Ability to think out of box

·         Comfortable to work long and unpredictable hours

·         Prior experience with hospitality industry & mechanical knowledge on commercial kitchen equipment shall be considering positive advantage.
