Job Description
- Looking for an excellent Marketing Manager for a reputed real estate company.
- Attractive salary + Incentive
- Candidate should have great communication skills , Management skills, Negotiation and selling skills .
- Job role :
- Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media &listing services.
- Meet with prospects & clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
- Oversee the preparation &approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.
- Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are Signed and payment received
- Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
