Job Description

Looking for an excellent Marketing Manager for a reputed real estate company.
Attractive salary + Incentive
Candidate should have great communication skills , Management skills, Negotiation and selling skills .
Job role :
Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media &listing services.
Meet with prospects & clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
Oversee the preparation &approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.
Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are Signed and payment received
Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
