Konverge Healthcare, the fastest-growing pharma company, is looking out for hiring Marketing Manager who has experience in sales of Body Building supplements to increase sales of bodybuilding supplements by contacting various gyms, sports supplements shops, pharmacy chains, retail chains.

Ø Build business relationships with Fitness trainers, Gym owners, Gym Dieticians.

Ø Distribution Management Billing, stocks & collections

Ø Analyzing and handling Competition and competitor activities.

Ø Propose strategies to increase market sale size and penetration.

Ø Improve relationship building by adding values through round-table discussions.

Ø Resolving Customer Complaints and grievances

Will be required to travel within Mumbai to conduct business meetings and to have new tie-ups. You should be flexible to travel outstations as well when necessary and required.

Desired Skills :

Ø Must have a demonstrated ability to promote and sell goods, services and concepts.

Ø Demonstrated effective communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work as per company strategy

Ø Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Ø Build trust, effective execution of the company strategy, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.

Experience: Similar experience or experience in the nutrition segment or FMCG segment.
