• Manage properties
• Sale/purchase/ Renting of properties
• Calling to property consultants
• Invite them to visit the space which are to be rented or sale
• Customer relation
• Round of building to see everything is okay (cleaning, encroachment etc)/ supervision
• Marketing through emails, pamphlets, leaflets, whatapp, property websites etc
• Ideas to enhance building popularity
• Follow ups record in system
• Script writing & practicing
• Qualifications: Min Graduate
• Experience: Should have atleast 1 year of experience in the same profile

Skills:

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication/ knowing hindi typing will be an addition advantage
• Organised and able to meet deadlines
• Good personality

PERFORMANCE GOALS:

• Complete administration tasks on time
• Deal with clients, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times
• Ensure office is clean and presentable at all times
