We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales, implementing effective marketing strategies, and ensuring customer retention. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record in the pharmaceutical or chemicals industries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer retention.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients through phone calls and emails to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Arrange and conduct regular client visits to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide personalized solutions.
• Create impactful presentations using PowerPoint to effectively showcase product features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Prepare accurate and timely management information system (MIS) reports and circulars to track sales performance and provide actionable insights.
• Utilize analytical skills to monitor market trends, analyze consumer behavior, and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Possess exceptional English language skills, including listening, reading, and speaking, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Exhibit excellent drafting skills in crafting professional and persuasive emails to engage clients and maintain effective communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive and productive working environment, promoting coordination and teamwork.
• Monitor and evaluate market trends, consumer activities, and competitive landscape to identify key market opportunities.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and maximize revenue growth.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or chemicals industries, with a focus on sales and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with colleagues to create a positive working atmosphere.
