Implementing sales plan & managing staff.
Develop a marketing team for making a sale of Products in societies as well as in private sector
Accomplish marketing & sales HR objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, counseling and discipline employees
Planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions, planning & reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.
Resolving problems with team under them, determining system improvements, customer service standards
