We're looking for an experienced, strategic, customer-obsessed product marketing manager to join our rapidly growing PMM team team. We re in the midst of hyper-growth and already serving the automation needs of a global community of 6.5 million professionals, but we ve only scratched the surface of our nascent product category.
As a Zapier PMM, you ll be an architect of growth helping the business build a path to greater and greater fulfillment of our mission to democratize the power of automation. Product Marketing at Zapier means clarifying where in the market we have the right to win and driving the GTM strategy for our products, our key vehicles of growth.
Here are some examples of projects you might work on:
- Product opportunity assessments -- sizing the market for a new feature, assessing competing alternatives out there, and zeroing in on the sweet spot based on buyer needs
- GTM readiness validation -- ensure our big swing products are ready for prime time by conducting betas and synthesizing customer insights
- Leading product launches -- developing the GTM strategy and working cross-functionally to execute a plan that helps make our products famous

You re experienced. You have 6+ years of experience, most recently in enterprise SaaS product marketing with additional experience in integrated marketing or relevant strategic and analytical roles. You've identified compelling market opportunities and advocated for customers to influence product development, and you ve had clear success developing and owning the GTM strategy to launch and scale compelling products.
You re a leader. You thrive in ambiguity. You have a natural talent for ingesting diverse stakeholder needs and loads of information in order to distill the most important priorities for you to work on and how to get them done. Driving high visibility, strategic, cross-functional projects end-to-end from vision to execution is your norm, not your exception.
You can read the market. You re deeply familiar with competitive dynamics, market trends, and where there s untapped opportunity in the market. You leverage this familiarity to develop positioning that sets your company apart and advocate for changes to marketing and product strategy.
You re customer-obsessed. You know your current and future customers better than anyone. You understand that big strategic clients have specific needs and expectations, and you re adept at tailoring your product marketing to the largest individual customers who account for the greatest share of your business s success. You could regularly conduct research to understand how Zapier can uniquely meet partner needs and expertly translate those insights into actionable recommendations for product and marketing teams alike.
You re a GTM pro. You create product value propositions and messaging that resonate with your target audience. You re skilled at drafting product launch plans and working cross-functionally to bring products to market with measurable impact to customer awareness and adoption.
You re an outstanding communicator. Your voice is clear and persuasive regardless of the audience, channel, or format. You re equally comfortable drafting written executive briefings, developing pitch decks, crafting external product messaging for our customers, and everything in between.
