About This Role
Purpose of the role: Marketing reporting and analysis, administration of marketing operations tools and continuous reporting processes improvement to increase speed of decision making and business output.
This role will be responsible for driving key optimisation to Enterprise Marketing reporting. They will lead on fixing breakages in tracking Marketing’s contribution to the sales funnel. They will also lead on automating all key Marketing dashboards and reports – driving substantial time savings and helping drive increased performance optimisation.
You'll Have The Following Responsibilities
- Automation of manual marketing effectiveness reports.
- Automated marketing reports should be built in Tableau – in collaboration with the Data Team. All Marketing data sources should be connected to Tableau to enable on-going automation
- Identify and reduce reporting gaps across the Enterprise marketing team and generate constant improvement in reporting and analysis, marketing operations tools and processes to increase speed of decision making and business output.
- Explore and implement mechanisms to show marketing impact on revenue – pipeline and wins.
- Build and keep updated a KPI dictionary to be used across the Enterprise marketing teams.
- Carry out customer analysis for engaged and whitespace customers to identify marketing opportunities.
- Any ad-hoc reporting for overall marketing operations.

You'll Have The Following Skills & Experience
- Certifications: Salesforce and Tableau. Technical hands on skills preferred.
- Demonstrable understanding of Salesforce CRM
- Experience working with marketing analytical platforms – e.g. Adobe Analytics
- Ability to analyse, model and interpret data, strong analytical & problem solving skills.
- Understanding of Adobe Marketing cloud for marketing related activities.
- Ability to recommend changes / improvement in existing marketing processes
- Ablility to understand the marketing requirements, communicate them to the Data Team and liaise with them for developing and testing.
- Experience building automated reporting dashboards – with a good understanding of and experience using coding languages (e.g. R, Python)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Role requires interaction with senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Certifications in Salesforce and/or Tableau are desirable but not mandatory.
- A Marketing qualification is desirable, but not essential.
- Typically a degree and post-graduate qualification in a related subject, e.g. Business or Marketing.
Experience
- Relevant experience in data analysis and reporting in Sales and Marketing domins.
- Experience with Tableau
- Experience with coding languages
- Experienced in interacting with senior stakeholders under tight delivery timelines.
- Should have worked with people from other business locations or functions.
- Preferrable experience working with multiple marketing data sources – e.g. media data, onsite data, BTL data, call centre data, lead gen data
