Web Development: Day to day identification and triaging of issues that are
identified from customers or business partners related to digital
applications. Will also assist in content updates to digital properties
Project Management: Management of enhancement projects for digital applications,
managing agency partners or working across SBU’s when necessary. Perform
robust user acceptance testing (UAT) throughout the deployment process to
ensure successful migrations to production. Develop, document and update procedures
to improve support processes.
Analytics and Reporting: Active and passive monitoring of the applications and their
infrastructure to drive peak performance. Work with IT and Business
Partners to ensure the Digital Applications are performing as optimally as
possible. Updating and implementation of tools and techniques to improve
monitoring and system health.
Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge of trends, technologies,
industry standards and best practices.
Be the “go to” expert for basic maintenance and troubleshooting
across digital mediums.
·BS degree in marketing, computer
science, or a related field
·2+ years experience in web or
digital marketing or related web development
·Familiarity with Agile and Scrum
·Experience working with a CMS
solution, web optimization, SEO, Google Analytics/web analytics, Adobe
Experience Manager and content marketing is a must.
·Experience in SalesForce.com, IBM
Watson, Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML 5, or CSS is a plus.
·English fluency is required.
Additional languages are a plus.
·Position may require some travel.
Travel could include international and domestic.
