Objectives: The Marketing Specialist will report to the local General Manager and work closely together with the headquarters international marketing manager to ensure that all marketing activities are delivered on time and budget and are of exceptional quality. Roll-out of strategic marketing plans with the aim of increasing the brand recognition of the Hoffmann Group and its affiliated product brands. Execute activities with the aim to increase brand recognition across product and service portfolios with a focus on increasing the market share and sales activities within key target audiences. Duties and Responsibilities: As a Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the management and implementation of country-specific marketing activities. In consultation with your contact person in global marketing and the local General Manager, you define the marketing and communication priorities of your market and implement them. You actively support the planning, organization, implementation and reporting of various marketing projects such as trade fairs, customer seminars and customer events. You will be responsible for the country-specific web (excl. eShop) and social media presence, for sending newsletters and for establishing and maintaining press contacts. Manage and ensure the annual catalog production process in time. You are involved in budget planning and controlling as well in monitoring the agreed activities and the impact of these activities. Make short regular reports for the local General Manager, the headquarters and the international marketing manager on the status/progress of the projects. Requirements and Personnel Qualifications: You have a marketing-specific professional education or a comparable qualification and at least 4 years of experience in a position with a similar area of responsibility. Experience of the Indian market is required (ideally in an international context) You have sound market knowledge and ideally experience in marketing technical products (machining, measuring technology, hand tools, factory equipment, personal protective equipment). Advanced computer skills in MS office and a confident handling of the common layout and graphic programs (Adobe CC esp. InDesign, Acrobat Professional, Photoshop). As a winning team player, you convince with a pronounced ability to communicate, taking initiatives and organize. You have conceptual skills, implementation strength and are highly committed to agree tasks and deadlines.
