Overview
The Marketing Operations team at Freshworks is building an enterprise-grade marketing technology stack and we are looking for a super-user and product evangelist for a variety of MarTech tools. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing these tools at Freshworksand ensuring adoption by the respective stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with peers and leaders in the Growth and Marketing (G&M) team to understand their business needs and provide a scalable tech-driven solution
- Work with our product teams to integrate third-party tools with our in-house marketing
automation tool (Freshmarketer) and CRM (Freshsales)
- Support the marketing planning exercise for all the regions, track campaign performances and provide insights on a regular basis
- Work closely with the Lead Operations Team for flawless lead management
- Periodically conduct a detailed comparative study of the latest marketing technologies and lead proof of concept efforts to quickly test and validate solutions
- Understand the implications of privacy laws and ensure the new vendors meet our security and legal requirements
- Stay on top of the regional and functional nuances and align technology solutions to optimize the current processes. Suggest new approaches wherever required.
- Forge strong partnerships with IT team and vendors to manage the implementation of new tools and technologies and its integration with in-house tools
- Develop training materials to educate and onboard new users on an ongoing basis to ensure adoption
- Help build the tech roadmap for the effective utilization of the marketing and sales technology platforms holistically
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
- 4 to 5 Years of experience in a B2B company managing marketing tech stack that includes Marketo / Eloqua/ Hubspot, Google Analytics, Outreach, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good understanding of the marketing technology landscape
- Ability to break down business objectives into executable projects, functional steps and processes
- Prior experience in managing vendors, onboarding new technologies, training and supporting the users through their learning curve
- Prior experience in working with system integrators
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, IT, Field Marketing, ContentMarketing etc.
- Self-driven individual with an ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to details and manage deadlines
