Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: Looking for Hindi speaking candidates
* Take inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions, and document activities in the CRM
* Make outbound calls to agents
* Assist with sales activities, documenting leads, and managing databases
* Gather and document sales data, such as meetings and appointments, in CRM, including details of agents
* Communicate with agents regarding policy activation.
* Perform other duties as assigned
* Tending to highly technical or serious questions and complaints.
* Freeing the workplace from noise and other interruptions that could distract staff and clients.
* Performing regular checks on telephone connections to ensure that these work perfectly.
* Reporting on salient achievements and impediments.
