Job Description
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company services.
- Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase of investment scheme .
- Processing all customer purchases of scheme accordingly.
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
