Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Execute campaigns to enhance customer lifecycle customer value through retention marketing initiatives- emailer/push notifications/SMS
2. Liaise with the business intelligence and data sciences team to improve the effectiveness of CRM campaigns
3. Liaise with CRM platforms and solution providers to ensure that campaign deliverables are achieved
4. Collaborate with product managers & business counterparts to get the retention marketing KPIs achieved month on month
5. Execute monthly weekly & daily CRM campaigns
