Marketing Automation Manager (Marketo)

Key Responsibilities

You will never get bored. You will work with 25+ clients in the US and Europe setting up

and managing various marketing automation processes. Marketing automation includes

but not limited to:

• Document processes and procedures for client marketing efforts and programs

• Attend client calls and be part of the strategy discussion

• Potential to build and lead a team of Marketing automation experts

• Lead a team of marketing automation associates

• Set up and manage various workflows

• Email templates creation, campaigns setup, management, and execution

• Landing pages creation and set up as well as forms setup along with tracking and

analysis

• Proper segmentation and management of leads

• Cleanse, segment and manage various lists based on contacts' engagement

• Implement trigger-based communications

• Create a variety of reports on campaign performance

• Thoroughly QA check everything from email campaigns and landing pages to

workflows and other processes - absolutely no errors!

Position Requirements

We are looking for marketing automation specialists who,

• is experienced with marketing automation tools

• is an expert in Marketo (This is an absolute must. Only apply if you meet this

requirement)

• is certified in Marketo – (Highly preferred)

• has a working knowledge of Hubspot and Pardot (Preferred)

• has a high level of familiarity with email and nurture campaign tools

• is proficient in HTML and CSS

• has minimum of 4 years of working in Marketo and total of 6+ years of experience in

digital marketing and automation platforms

• is absolutely detailed oriented, organized and able to manage project tasks

independently and meeting deadlines

• has great interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

• is familiar with digital marketing automation processes

• is open to work US hours or have an overlap of hours with US and India
