MARKETPLACE EXECUTIVE

Required Skills :

Good standard of general education together with some form of business related qualifications or evidence of professional training.
At least 1-2 years within marketplace marketing having been exposed to multiple marketplaces and a proven track record of success in delivering business growth KPIs and to budget.
Friendly, approachable and charismatic individual who is able to inspire people and other departments to achieve.
Well organised and creative, the individual must be a strong and effective communicator. Positive and confident, the individual will be able to handle the fast paced environment and pressure to deliver results.
Knowledge on how to market beauty, cosmetic, well-being and personal care products or services is essential.
Must be able to clearly communicate using the English language in both written and oral forms.
Individual must be able to read and understand financial documents such as management accounts and internal report files.
Numeracy and financial astuteness are critical skills to be able to do the job.
Must be comfortable in using online office suite productivity tools, analytical software and marketing oriented software platforms.
Individual must be either culturally aware or be willing to understand and accept multiple cultures due to the diversity of our people both here and around the World.
Individual must understand how to drive relevant traffic to various marketplaces. This will include strong knowledge of paid search, marketplace SEO.

Evaluating, modifying and executing marketing strategy to ensure that the brand is consistently growing in line with the company’s targets. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
