Location: Bihar, India

We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join us in executing our project focused on showcasing child-specific movies in schools throughout Bihar.

Role Overview: As a Mass Communication Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our project. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the project, including video documentation, stakeholder engagement, and creating enriching learning environments for students. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on education and learning outcomes in Bihar. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Project Coordination: Coordinate all activities related to the project, including scheduling screenings, liaising with schools, and managing logistics.

 2. Video Documentation: Capture high-quality video footage of screenings, interviews with students and educators, and other relevant content. 

3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for the project. 

4. Enriching Learning Environments: Collaborate with educators to create supplementary learning materials and activities to complement the movie screenings and enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. 

5. Monitoring and Evaluation: Collect feedback from stakeholders and conduct assessments to evaluate the impact of the project on students' learning and attitudes towards education. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 

• Previous experience working in a similar role, particularly in the field of education or community development. 

• Proficiency in video documentation techniques and tools. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. 

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

• Passion for education, social impact, and using media for positive change. 

Additional Information: 

- This is a contract position based in Bihar, India. 

- Travel within Bihar will be required as part of the job. 

- Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate project activities.
