Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Movement: Unload incoming shipments, move materials to storage, and transport goods to production areas.
Inventory Control: Scan, label, and track inventory using warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy
.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage finished goods for shipment.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery, including pre-use inspections.
Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards, and maintain a clean work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or forklift experience is often preferred.
Physical Ability: Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift heavy materials (often 40+ lbs).
Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory software, scanners, and, occasionally, basic computer skills.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in tracking inventory locations and quantities.
Certifications: Forklift certification (or willingness to get one) is commonly required.
