MBA Intern - Operational Excellence

Primary Role:

This role will assist and support Corporate Operational Excellence in reviewing kaizens, peripheral

works related to SQDECC, and to support SQDECC audit by coordinating with various stakeholders

Responsibilities

65% - Assist in coordinating with functional managers for implementing Kaizens

1. Help in daily updating the SQDECC boards for DC at Bangalore and HYD locations.

2. Help in Conducting SQDECC audit and planned audit for SQDECC boards. [DC boards]

3. Provide data for DC SQDECC review.

4. Populate the information as and when asked by OU and SQDECC leads.

5. Helping in the collecting data from across all the SYNGENE OU’s for Switch-ON program.

[Specially collecting 23 labs data from DC Bangalore & HYD]

6. Helping in to set up new SQDECC boards in HYD location. [For upcoming facility]

7. Prepare status / progress reports [related to SQDECC on monthly basis for DC]

8. Helping in R & R, Corp Publishing and story writing in synvibs.

20% - Assist in preparing progress reports for Black Belts

1. Track and understand the actual status.

2. Prepare status / progress reports.

3. Supporting 5S and Black Belt team members during gate reviews for any presentations (if

any)

4. Support in collating the data for actual savings / benefits.
