Job Description

  • Attend customer calls and support the client’s operations or technical dept with technical troubleshooting in case of problems and issues, after sales
  • Perform the Pre-delivery checklist tasks as per PDI processes
  • Conduct Client Satisfaction surveys and take technical feedback from clients and inform production manager
  • Conduct technical checks on demo units and ensuring high level performance during demonstration process to prospective clients
  • Build new products as per the guidelines and steps defined by the engineering
  • Educate the clients on principles of the machine operations and train the customer’s technical team on basic technical trouble shooting steps during the delivery of the new
  • Visit clients as and when required to provide technical
  • Adherence to safety rules and regulations as per company guidelines
