1.3 Generate & release 2D & 3D for Design approval

1.4 Generate Design Review & Freeze, DFMEA documents, report as per the requirement of CFT, Supplier & Customer

2.1 Execute Design Engineer & Work Station Loading Weekly Schedule as per the themes & priorities

2.2 Generate 2D Drawing & 3D Model as per release schedule

2.3 3D model & 2D Drawing against; Material, Dimn., GD&T, Standard (Cust/SES/Other),Specification, layout must be free from Error/WI against check list

2.4 Generate VAVE/ Process Improvement Design w.r.t Packaging, Mfg. Feasibility as per SES, Customer & other std.

2.5 Generate Design Proposal for VAVE/Process Improvement

3 Product Change & Data Management

#ECR/ECN #BOM #Document Management & Retrieval, #Standard, Report, #APQP,Key Communications/
Approval

3.1 Generate Design, Risk & Mitigation analysis for ECR w.r.t Packaging, Mfg. Feasibility as per SES, Customer & other std.

3.2 Generate for ECN report w.r.t Plan, monitor & execute Design activities like, 2D, 3D

3.3 Generate Design Standards as per Customer, SES, Mfg. feasibility

3.4 Prepare for Audit Project document hard copies & soft copies as per ANPQP requirements and easy retrieval management

3.5 Prepare for all key approval & communications to be catalogued as per project history

4 CFT & Other Support
