Hiring Mechanical Engineer
Involve in the assembly, testing, and qualification of components meeting the required specifications.
Conducts a quality check of all documents and reports, verifying the accuracy of data, information, and calculations.
Evaluate, interpret and execute commercial, military, and customer specifications for materials, processes, and finishes.
Design, develop, simulate, fabricate and test the electromechanical actuation systems to qualify for space application.
Translate electromechanical drawings into design specifications, applying principles of engineering, thermal or fluid sciences, mathematics, or statistics.
Specification Study & Literature Survey – Understand the specifications of the electromechanical system and prepare the feasibility report based on the existing literature (summarize prior work, methodologies, and conclusions).
Design the electromechanical systems by performing electrical calculations based on given inputs & assumptions and performing electromagnetic simulations to verify electrical calculations.
Mechanical Design – Create the concept design based on prior art and envelope requirements.
Optimization of concept design as per electrical design, mechanical stimulation (Structural, Fluid Flow, and Thermal) results and modify the design and prepare the design report.
Component and assembly draft drawing creation followed by the Stack analysis to optimize the tolerances. Tailor the drawings to meet the manufacturing requirements.
Hardware Realization - Preparation of Bill of Materials and establishing the manufacturing methodologies.
Communicate with the fabricators and realize the hardware.
Take part in the necessary inward & outward inspection and draft the inspection procedures for the components.
M. Tech/B. Tech in Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline required.
2+ years of relevant industrial experience
Strong knowledge of Mechanics, Actuations, Mechanisms, and control systems.
Hands-on experience with design, engineering, and/or fabrication of components.
Experience in automated drafting and 3-D Modelling systems and analysis software.
