The Mechanical Engineer will create quality documentation, lead quality training efforts, work with engineering & quality teams on solutions to moderately complex manufacturing issues, manage non-conforming material, and other quality-related activities. Work well with management and the labor force to improve the knowledge base. Be Dependable, have a sense of urgency and commitment, strong communication writing and speaking skills, and patience. All while being expected to demonstrate integrity and lead by example.
To be successful as Mechanical Engineer, you should have experience with quality department operations, quality documentation, and writing quality documentation.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Associate or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, quality engineering, or a similar field
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
