Source+ LTD is a UK based company, proving Estimation, Quantity Surveying and Design services to the UK building contractors. 

Source+ LTD is now expanding its workforce and it is looking for an individual who possesses Mechanical Estimation, Quantity Surveying and Administration skills.

It is a permanent full-time remote-work opportunity subject to a 6-month probationary period. 

The role involves various tasks and not every day is the same. Candidates are expected to perform at their best under less supervision and show decision-making capabilities, smart and active willingness to perform below tasks.

Administration:

• Searching for potential companies related to Source+ trade

• Approaching concern person with email or phone calls

• Replying to enquiries received

• The building, maintaining and promoting Source+ LTD image and status on social platforms

Quantity Surveying and Estimation:

• Read contractual documents and architectural drawings and specifications to understand the material requirement

• Raise RFIs (Request For Informations) where required

• Perform Quantity Takeoffs from BOQs (Bill Of Quantities) and architectural drawings 

• Put quantified data in Excel sheets

• Contact and Request Prices of materials from specified suppliers

• Put suppliers prices received in Excel sheet and crosscheck the work 

• Send fully priced Excel sheet to the client

Skills requirement:

• Reading and understanding construction contractual documents, architectural drawings and BOQs

• Performing Quantity Takeoff manually from the documents and with estimating software

• Drafting 2D AutoCAD drawings 

• Master Excel and MS Word

The most suitable candidate has:

• Degree graduated in Architecture or Construction related studies

• Energetic, Honest and ‘can go a mile more’ attitude

• Advanced speaking and writing skills in the English language
