Minimum Qualification and Experience:

·         BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

·         Minimum experience of 3yrs for BE/B.Tech and 5yrs for Diploma

Minimum desired Skills:

·         Relevant hands on experience for O&M of large capacity (min 50MVA and above) Diesel Generators plant (Medium Voltage i.e. 11kV),their protection, controls, automation (PLC) and associated system

·         Preferable experience on MTU Engines and Kirloskar alternators

·         Hands on experience on Fire-fighting, control and protection system, HVAC, Motors, Pumps, hoist, cranes and other mechanical systems

·         Hand on Experience on trouble shooting, diagnostic, RCA, Testing, Maintenance in above domains

·         Holding Supervisor license (issued by Electrical inspectorate, Govt of India) would be added advantage

·         Good understanding on schemes, interlocking, logics, schematic and drawings

·         Demonstrate good verbal and communication skills with internal and external (Customer, vendor, suppliers) stake holders to manage contractual obligations and in time bound manner

·         Be proactive on assign responsibilities and actions, monitor the progress and anticipate delays, implement adequate action plan to mitigate

·         Be in strict compliance on  policies, spirit and letter, adhering to internal controls and processes such as EHS, IMS etc.

·         Travel out of town for short / long period as per business requirements

·         Knowledge on engineering standards would be added advantage

·         Self-driven, responsible and accountable personality 

·         To manage Operation and Maintenance of:

a)      Diesel Generation Sets (Medium Voltage i.e. 11kV),their protection, controls, automation (PLC) and associated system

b)      Fire-fighting, control and protection system, HVAC, Motors, Pumps, hoist, cranes and other mechanical systems

c)       Trouble shooting, diagnostic, RCA, Testing, Maintenance in above domains

•       Adherence to PM schedule, Preparation of test reports, on time submission to stake holders

•       Dealing, coordination, follow up with third party (if required) to complete the assign task in time bound manner

•       Knowledge on O&M and testing of other grid assets (such as Circuit breaker, Transformer, CT, CVT, LA, Earthing etc.) would be added advantage

•       Good in Co-ordination, analytical, Communication & Team Management Skills

•       Willing to take more responsibilities

This position (CW) is for our 24x7x365 ‘Long Term Maintenance Contract (LTMC) at Delhi International Air Port feeding Power supply to T3, T2 and T1 terminals of Delhi Air-port (Domestic and International).

From Operation point of view, site is very critical. has responsibility to Operate and Maintain 11kV, 42MVA DG sets (Emergency power backup to air-port terminal) under contract obligations. We analyzed, we do not have desired level of skills and competency within the team to manage this domain, which is affecting our contractual performance / KPI’s.

One resource (CW) to be added to the site team to maintain the desired level of skills for effective deliveries under contractual obligations.
