Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and CAD Modeling: Create detailed 3D models and drawings using Solidworks for components and assemblies used in the battery manufacturing process.
2. Process Optimization: Collaborate with engineers to analyze and improve manufacturing processes, such as material handling, assembly, and quality control.
3. Prototype Development: Assist in the fabrication and testing of battery prototypes, ensuring they meet design specifications and safety standards.
4. Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and quality checks on battery components, identifying and resolving any manufacturing defects or issues.
5.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of designs, revisions, and project progress, and generate reports to communicate findings and recommendations to the team.
6.Support and Learning: Work closely with experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience, troubleshoot technical challenges, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge battery technology.
