Experience     Around 8-10 Year.    

1          Sr.Engineer     To ensure proper checking & maintenance of their respective section.          

2                      To carry preventive and corrective maintenance of equipments.     

3                      To keep records of all maintenance activities.         

4                      To attend shutdown and breakdown. 

5                      To maintain the daily maintenance records and update the history cards. 

6                      To ensure manpower maximum utilization. 

7                      To ensure proper House Keeping (5S)in their allocated areas.         

8                      To take complete round of the plant and inform any abnormality if found  

9                      To implement work instruction given to him time to time by Department    

10                    To give suggestions for betterment of plant and machinery and implement the same after approval   

11                    Preventing & Solving Problems.       

12                    To ensure spare maintenance as per SOP's.
