Job Profile: Mechanical in charge Supervision of Fabrication, erection, installation and commissioning of equipment’s (Static and Rotary),Piping (High & Low Pressure) of Water treatment plant. Fabrication, Erection & Alignment of Structures (Equipment Supports, Pipe Racks),Piping (Process, Utility, Water),Static & Rotary Equipment’s. Inspection of equipment’s & piping at all stage. Preparation of installation quality checks reports as per standard. Commissioning and handover of equipment’s, piping systems along with the reports to commissioning department. Follow drawings, Equipment’s, Layout, Piping Isometrics & P & ID etc. Preparation of Joint Fit-up, Weld Visual, Line History Sheet, Test Loops, Loop Files, As – Built. Co-ordination with internal departments, Consultants, vendors & Client, Keeping track of open issues. Daily, Weekly & monthly progress reports (Piping -Inch Dia, Inch Meter, Structural\Equipment-K.G. etc) Daily updating DCI, MCI, milestones and risks in line with project schedule. Preparation of progress reports for Piping, Structural, Equipment, Painting, Insulation etc. Preparation of Bill of Materials/Material take off, manpower requirement. Preparation of overall work measurement, Material Reconciliation. Billing with Client, Contractors work orders & bill certification. Pre-Commissioning activities, Pressure Testing, NDT Reports, Commissioning punch point closure. Ensure Technical support during plant construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.
