S-cube pvt. jobs - Mechanical Production Engineer

-To ensure for equipment and facilities:

-the implementation of preventive maintenance programs;

-the implementation of special maintenance and control of technical results;

-arrangements for handling operations or long-term storage;

-the notification of obsolete equipment, with request for relevant elimination from assets;

-on the basis of programmed activities and operating conditions, prompt notification of spare part requirements to compensate deviations from routine and special maintenance demands;

- Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.

- Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.

- Develop operational strategies to achieve production objectives.

- Identify unsafe operations and report the same to Manager immediately.

- Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for team members.

- Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.

- Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive solutions.

-Knowledgeable in safety requirements for major turnaround and maintenance activities.

-Diploma / I.T.I./ Polytechnic degree in the field of mechanical engineering.

-Skills in developing technical reports.

Experience : 1-2 years
