Roles And Responsibilities

Read and analyse relevant print, online, broadcast and social media coverage regarding our clients, as well as their competitors and industry.
Monitor the core media activities for the client, its competitors and the industry trends in a designated sector.
Identifying the clients Key Media Performance Indicators – core reputation aspects, and sentiment analysis, from the journalist’s stories, reviews, and write-ups.
Doing qualitative analysis on whether stories are favourable or detrimental to clients.
Entering relevant data into the client database, by using the internal Media Monitoring Tools.
