Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Review session notes; take, track, and deliver to artists
2. Keep track of each artist's task list, and monitor their progress
3. Upload and download the delivery and turnovers to the client
4. Check delivery packages to ensure the content is correct
5. Create progress reports for producers, supervisors, and clients
6. Organize meetings and review sessions
7. Verify the shot list database, keep it up to date with changes, version numbers, and statuses
8. Look out for and troubleshoot scheduling issues with artists' tasks and workload
9. Monitor/Maintain a calm work environment
