Roles & Responsibilities:

• Quality of the Demographic Data entered and Charge entry
• Use data to produce and submit claims to insurance companies
• Coding
• Check authorization for procedures to be performed - Insurance Authorization.
• Verify patients’ insurance coverage - Eligibility Verification Process
• Submit medical claims to insurance companies on a timely basis - Payment Posting.
• Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle time frame - Denial management.
• Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain missing information
• Analyze reports and update daily status reports
• Communicate with clients over phone and email - AR Follow-up.
• Provider Credentialing
