Job Description

we are hiring for Medical Manager with the leading manufacturing company
  • Designation: SH Medical Services, Medical Manager
  • Qualification: MBBS from Reputed university with an Associate Fellowship in industrial Health/Certificate in Industrial Health
  • Experience: Should have 1 to 5 Yrs working experience in an industrial setup.
  • Job Profile: Responsible for providing quality medical services to the employees and other stakeholders
  •  Organize health camp in the adopted villages through CSR activity.
  • Management of routine OPD, factory injuries & emergencies. 
  • Conducts Periodic health checks up of employees and maintain records.
  • Ensure availability of all emergency drugs & equipment’s.
  • To carry out various medical camps organized by the company.
  • Hands on experience in Occupation Health Management.
  • Liaisons with local or outstation hospital for secondary or tertiary care for patients.
  • Responsible for handling the OPD at OHC & necessary referrals to specialists & super-specialists as required.
  • Should have good communication and presentation skills.
  • Should be competent to give health-related training and awareness lectures to employees and workers of the company.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skill
  • Aware of Applicable statutory compliance
Hospital Infrastructure: 
  • Having a Medical centre with 3 Doctors and 10 paramedical staff.  
  • Catering approx. 2000 + employees including Staff/workers/contract labour
