Goa University invites applications to fill up the following post purely ON CONTRACT BASIS for a period of 6 months (Leave Vacancy),without any right/claim for regular appointment.

Medical Officer (UR)

Pay Scale: Rs. 47,250 /-

a) Essential : i) MBBS Degree from recognized institution / University or medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of qualifications included in the Part II of the Third Schedule should fulfill the conditions stipulated in Section 18 (3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. ii) Completion of compulsory rotating internship. iii) Knowledge of Konkani. b) Desirable: i) Experience in the general Medical Practice or the concerned Specialty, as the case may be. ii) Knowledge of Marathi.

The age should not exceed 45 years.
