Job Description

Applications in the prescribed format are invited from the Indian Nationals for engagement of following positions purely on contract basis to NIT Hospital, NIT Tiruchirappalli for an initial period of six months and with extension based on the requirement and the performance.

1. Name of the Post: Temporary Medical Officer (TMO)

2. No of Post: 02

3. Educational Qualification:

a) Essential: MBBS Degree or equivalent qualification included in any one of the Schedules of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 (102 of 1956) and must be registered in a state Medical Register or Indian Medical Register.

b) Desirable: Post Graduate Qualification, preferably MD in General Medicine, or equivalent qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register.

4. Consolidated Salary: Rs. 55,000/- Per month

Not exceeding 65 years
