Job responsibility: -
Increase brand awareness of SRV hospital and grow business.
Maximize top line revenue (volume and value). Achieve set target.
Develop the Brand/ Consultant visibility
Plan activities according to given target by HOD.
Presentation about Hospital services.
Identify & Analysis key customer to get the IP, OP & AHC business.
Meeting with Gp's for Referral, local Society, community.
Arrange Health checkup on & offside.
Develop customized pricing packages - Prepare Health checkup packages as per client needs.
Arranging Health checkups and health talks for corporate to retain the clients & increase OP footfalls.
Should be aggressive about exploring newer channels, leading to business development Alliances & Partnerships. - Develop new areas & promote our services in market. Hunt new potential client which will benefit to increase revenue of the Hospital.
Responsible for all the Domestic Marketing activities like development of collateral, organizing the CME, Road Show and Doctor user Group. Participate in Domestic conference/exhibitions.
Manage client relationship - Weekly visiting clients to solve queries & to maintain good relations with existing client
Handle Escalation and queries of corporate.
Staying informed about the activities of health services across country.
Should take accountability of People & Talent Management Integrating the available resources actively focus on subordinate development through performance monitoring, periodical counseling, guiding and coaching.
