Position: Medical Representative (MR)
Job Type: Full Time
Job Location: Territories within the states of Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, and Delhi NCR.
Objective: The MR will be the operational workforce responsible for the business development and brand promotion in the assigned areas \ territories, ensuring the company’s products are readily available and preferred by local healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish Connections: Forge strong relationships with local healthcare providers, particularly pharmacists, to promote the company’s products as the first choice for their customers.
Educate Healthcare Professionals: Inform and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and uses of the company’s products through demonstrations and sample distribution.
Report Sales and Market Insights: Provide regular reports on sales data and territory needs, offering insights into market trends and customer preferences to aid management decisions.
Customer Engagement:
Local Chemist Stores: Build relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and
ensure supply chain efficiency to meet the stores’ needs and expectations.
Hospitals and Clinics: These establishments often have pharmacies attached and can be a significant point of contact for distributing pharmaceutical products.
Pharma or Health Background: Run awareness campaigns and involve them in engagement programs as advisors or brand ambassadors to leverage their influence in the community.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field ( Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field will be preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the local language and culture in the designated territories.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned areas.
