Education and Training: They organise and conduct educational sessions, product presentations, and workshops for healthcare professionals. This involves disseminating information on new products, treatment protocols, and industry updates to ensure healthcare providers have up-to-date knowledge.
Administrative Tasks: Alongside fieldwork, Medical Representative handle administrative duties, including maintaining detailed records of sales visits, preparing reports on sales activities, monitoring product inventory, and complying with regulatory requirements.
