Qualification: Bachelor of Science/ Diploma in Engineering/ any graduate or Diploma
Experience: 1 to 2 years in the position of Front End Sales of Medical Equipment/ Pharmaceutical Industry or

Purpose of the position i.e. Mission:
1. Generate profitable sales growth and increase market shares in his area of responsibility by using all commercial
& marketing levers in line with the commercial policy
2. Contribute with his technical expertise in Medical Equipment products and related applications, to realize growth
objective and sales development towards customers in his area of responsibility in line with targets set
3. Promote product basket/ offer, solutions and services to his ‘direct customers’ portfolio
Key Responsibilities:
1) Prepare sales actions:
a. Know, analyze, and formalize the market data in his area of responsibility (company market share, key
customers and stakeholders, potential customers, the links among them)
b. Manage his customer portfolio using marketing tools, build and pilot his individual action plan
c. Deploy and implement the company commercial policy
d. Report all market information (customer visits, competition actions, relationships with distributors etc.)
e. Propose commercial actions and related budgets, manage it after approval
f. Drive internal meeting with others sales people in his area to coordinate
g. Animate the distribution channel while executing Pull actions
h. Evaluate and propose actions to improve technical competencies in his area (other sales and distributors)
2) Sell:
a. Promote and specify product offers and solution to develop company market share
b. Sell products and solutions which are contributing to customer’s performance improvement
c. Prospect new customers
d. Drive interviews to uncover all customer needs
e. Elaborate offers, answer to quotes, follow-up and call on
