• ·         Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
• ·         Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
• ·         Manage sales growth and revenue enhancement
• ·         Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
• ·         Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence
• ·         Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business
• ·         Build a sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.
• ·         To ensure outstanding of dealers under control
• ·         Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
• ·         Develop a performance improvement plan for sales 
•           Manage  Channel Partners

Basic requirement from our end for shortlisting the candidate:

Education: Science background is compulsory.

Yrs of experience in sales: Min 1 yr.

should have Experienced in Pharma sales and medical equipment sales should be considered.

Region to be covered: Chattisgarh

Headquarters: Raipur

CTC offered : 16,000/- p.m to 19,000/- p.m

Age limit: maximum of 31 yrs allowed.
