Role: To assist Physician Customers in documenting Patient Charts by listening in(virtually) to live Physician-Patient encounters and documenting real time patients’health complaints, symptoms, procedures, diagnosis, treatment plan, lab reports and medication into Electronic Health Records (EHR).This role requires the candidates to be customer focused, have good oral and written communication skill sets, understand medical jargon and abbreviations, to manage time efficiently, and to think logically.
Desired Candidate Profile:

 Proficient in English language Good listening skills Willing to learn Team player
Training: In-house (Anatomy & Physiology / Electronic Health Records) with stipend.
Compensation: Stipend during training: 15000/- per monthCTC on deployment: 18000/- per month
Appraisals: Annual, above Market standard based on performance.
Shifts: US Time Zone (Night Shift)
Transportation: From work to residence provided
Service agreement: 1 YEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT INCLUSIVE OF 3 MONTHS TRAINING
