Job Responsibilities:

Shadow American board-certified practising doctors and document the patient history including history of present illness, review of systems, past medical and surgical history, family and social histories, medications and allergies.

Document physical examination findings and procedures as performed by the physician.

Document the results of laboratory and radiographic studies as dictated by the physician.

Document the correct time of patient care-related activities, including physician-to-physician communication, family communication and re-examination of the patient.

The doctors will review all documentation completed by the Scribe, make any necessary amendments, and sign the chart.

Scribes DO NOT participate in any patient care and should refer all requests related to patient care to the responsible physician.

Scribes will be required to work in US shift based on business requirements, so the applicant should be flexible with all work timings.

Job Requirements:

Strong English writing skills with fluency in spoken English

Good typing speed.

Good vocabulary and grammar knowledge for effective medical report writing.

Ought to have basic computer literacy and a familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work under strict deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Experienced Medical Transcriptionist, Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy),M. Pharm & B. Pharm fresher’s with exemplary written English skills and an interest in medicine.

MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BPT & MPT graduates.

Once a candidate is selected through a screening process, they will undergo our extensive Medical Scribing Training of Level 1 @ Aquila Medical Scribing Institute.

Level II: A monthly stipend of Rs. 15000 to 23000 would be paid in Internship.

2. On successful completion of Level II training, the monthly stipend would be revised to Rs 20,000 in Doctor-Ready Phase.

3. Earn your 1st salary of Rs 25000 to 35000 after successful completion of Doctor Ready Phase to Doctor-Approved Scribe.

Note: Candidates willing to work in complete Night shift and system based can apply.
