Job Description

We are looking for fresher Medical Scribing candidate for our company. No prior experience is required.
QUALIFICATION :

+2 or any degree
Life Science Background is Required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transcribing dictated recordings from healthcare professionals into written documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Proofreading and editing transcriptions for grammar, punctuation, and medical terminology errors.
Researching and verifying unfamiliar medical terms, acronyms, and drug names to maintain accuracy.
Adhering to established formatting guidelines and style preferences for medical documents.
Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Updating and maintaining patient records and medical databases with transcribed information.
Learning about the medical process and using a team approach in patient supervision and documentation
